Please note a few points to consider for your comfort and that of our other guests at our family-friendly resort, as well as during your stay in our Amba Ghat accommodation:
1. Pets are not allowed in the Dining Area.
2. Pets must be kept on a leash when walking outside the room.
3. Owners are required to bring separate sheets and food for their pets.
4. Pet waste in the general and common areas must be cleaned up by the owner to ensure a pleasant environment for everyone, consistent with our resort pricing policies.
5. Your Pet stays in the same room wit you.
OUR POLICIES
CHILD POLICY :
- From 11 yrs and above @ Adult rate
- From 5 yrs – Upto 10 yrs @ Child rate
- Upto 4 yrs @ FOC
- Child upto 4 yrs is FOC for stay and meals in the package, any extra orders on Ala Carte will be charged extra. Kindly carry the Age Proof of Child.
NOTE :
- Inconvenience to other guests will result in strict action and termination of your booking and stay. No refund will be given for the same.
- Driver Accommodation and Meals can be provided at an extra cost: Rs.850 pppn with meals and stay OR Rs.700 pppn for meals only + GST EXTRA.
CANCELLATION POLICY :
Cancellations will be considered and applied if received by Text, WhatsApp or Email. Verbal intimation will Not be considered.
If cancellation is done as per the following slabs, deductions on the total package cost will be applicable and the balance refunded.
- Between 3 – 1 days prior to Check-in Date: 100% Non-Refundable
- Between 8 – 4 days prior to Check-in Date: 50% Deduction
- 9 days prior to Check-in Date: Rs. 5000 or 10%, whichever is lower will be charged as administration fees.
In case of Government Lockdown or similar circumstances which may be beyond our control, No Refund will be given, but we will issue a Credit Note. Please take proper note of the same.
1. CREDIT NOTE: a Credit Note of 90 days from the scheduled check-in will be issued if intimated in writing at least 8 days prior to check-in date.
2. DATE CHANGE: Rs. 1500 Penalty for Each Date Change. Max 1 Date Change Allowed. If there is an increase in Tariff, the difference will be applicable.
3. LATE CHECKOUT / EARLY CHECKIN @ Rs.1000 per room for every 3 hrs retention of room. Subject to Room Availability.
