2 NIGHTS SUGGESTED ITINERARY :

Day 01 : Home – The Jungle Resort, Amba

Check-in at 1 pm. After Lunch, rest & relax. At 4 pm get ready for your Half Day Local Safari (Additional Cost) wherein you will visit the Ambeshwar Mandir with Devrai, Nisarg Information Centre, Visit the Scenic Manoli Dam. Return back to resort.
Evening enjoy an interesting BBQ / Bonfire (@ additional cost). Use of indoor or outdoor games is complimentary.

Meals : Lunch – Afternoon Tea / Coffee – Dinner

Day 02 : The Jungle Resort, Amba

Breakfast at the resort, 1000 am Depart for the Half day Pawankhind Safari (Additional Cost) which includes Nature walk, visit to Waghzara, Konkan Point and Pawankhind, which has its historical importance from the Era of The Shivaji Maharaj. Return back to resort for Lunch.
Afternoon tea at the resort. Evening is free to visit the ghats or surrounding village on your own. Use of indoor or outdoor games is complimentary.

Day 03 : The Jungle Resort, Amba – Home

Morning breakfast and checkout by 11.00 am. Hope you enjoyed your stay with us.

Breakfast at the resort. Day at leisure or you can book one of the SADA POINT TREK (Dep 6 am) – Travel through the village as it just wakes up and a 20 mins trek through the Jungle takes you to this point, which is on top of Amba Ghat. A beautiful scenic valley view & Sunrise awaits you. OR MORNING JUNGLE SAFARI (Dep 5 am) New Introduction very exciting drive – starts at 5.30 am till 8.00 am. Experience the Jungle’s Magic as the Sun rises. Softly warm rays peep through the Jungles. Genuine time to visit the watering hole. Sound of night creatures going off & birds – animals – light slowly coming alive in the jungle. OR FULL DAY MARLESHWAR DARSHAN WITH GANPATIPULE TRIP – Includes To and Fro Transport Only to Marleshswar and Ganpatipule.
Use of indoor or outdoor games is complimentary.

PETS POLICY :

You may bring along your pet. We are a Pet Friendly resort.

PET CHARGES @ Rs.550 – per pet per day.

Please note few points you need to consider for your comfort and of our other guests staying at the resort :

1. Pets are not allowed in the Dining Area.

2. They are to be kept on lease during your entire stay.

3. Owners to bring separate sheets for their pet.

4. Pet poop in the general and common area to be cleaned by the owner.

When you Pre-book your stay, we get time to prepare for your visit i.e. ready your room, meals, sightseeings etc.
If you Walkin – guest are still welcome, but we make preparations After Your Arrival, which ends up in waiting time for you.
Help us in making your stay pleasant by Pre-booking your stay.

BOOKING PROCEDURE :

Email us on info@jungleresortamba.in for Package Quote. Please mention Checkin Date / No. of Nights / Room Type / No of Adult and Child with age in the email.
After you receive our quote / reply, review the same and send us your Acceptance to block the rooms.
Once we receive your acceptance by email, we will email you Time limit to do the payment.
After you make the payment, please email the payment reference, to trace and match the same with your booking.
Once the payment is credited and matched, we will email the Confirmation. Kindly carry the confirmation in hardcopy or softcopy format to present at the Resort for checkin. Enjoy your stay.

NOTE :

LATE CHECKOUT / EARLY CHECKIN @ Rs.1000 per room for every 3 hrs retention of room. Subject to Room Availability.
To & Fro Transfers from Ratnagiri / Kolhapur / Adavali can be arranged at additional cost.
Inconvenience to other guest will result in strict action and termination of your booking and stay. No refund will be given for the same.
Driver Accommodation and Meals can be provided at an extra cost : Rs.850 pppn with meals and stay OR Rs.700 pppn for meals only.

CANCELLATIONS :

1. CANCELLATION POLICY :
Cancellations will be considered and applied, if received by Text, WhatsApp or Email. Verbal intimation will Not be considered.

If cancellation is done as per following slabs, deduction on total package cost will be applicable and balance refunded.

Between 3 – 1 days prior to Check in Date : 100% Non-Refundable
Between 8 – 4 days prior to Check in Date : 50% Deduction
9 days prior to Check in Date : Rs. 5000 or 10%, whichever is lower will be charged as administration fees.

In case of Government Lockdown or similar such circumstances which maybe beyond our control, No Refund will be given, but we will issue a Credit Note. Please take proper note of the same.

Credit Note : a Credit Note of 90 days from the scheduled check-in, will be issued if intimated in writing at least 8 days prior to check-in date.

2. DATE CHANGE :
Rs. 1500 Penalty for Each Date Change. Max 1 Date Change Allowed. If there is increase in Tariff the difference will be applicable.
